This is a list of local developments for new home construction. Each community has its own set of covenants and requirements. Some have only one builder that can build in the community and others allow you to choose from many qualified builders. Please call me at 412-496-6602 for details on any or all of these communities. Bonniedell in South Park is a great private community offering new construction lots in Phase 2 from $60,000 and in Phase three from $75,000. The lots are located in a private, quiet wooded area just off Ridge Road in South Park not far from the new high school. Turn onto Bonniedell Drive and follow the road back to the two model homes on the left. Open weekends and by appointment. Call me at 412-496-6602 for info and a tour of the plan. This is a bring your own builder community. Costa and PapPone Builders are just two of the local approved builders. If you have another builder in mind, let us know so we can see if they meet the requirements. There is an 80% brick requirement on homes built in this plan to keep it uniform with surrounding homes. This plan also offers multi-acre lots starting at $100,000. If you want a quiet private community in South Park Twp., this is it. Close to South Park stables, fairgrounds, and everything else this community has to offer.
Castors Farm is a Cul de sac community with only 25 lots on the street. Costa Homebuilder packages from $380,000.00. Large "Signature" Style lots ranging in width from 90' to 120'. Stone Villa Estates is a new 24 lot residential subdivision off of Old Clairton Road in Jefferson Hills, Allegheny County, PA. The plan is located only 7 miles out of Pittsburgh and a half of a mile from Routes 51 and 43. The plan is designed by Robert Gales & Associates and R&Y Development Company. Lots are ranging in size from 0.6 acres to 2.1 acres. The development offers serene settings with private views and a cul-de-sac. The lots range in price from .6 acre at $65,000. to 2.5 acre at $199,000. with several 1 acre lots at $99,000. This is a plan for upscale estates set in a private area surrounded by trees.
